FAQ
I'm not 100% sure I'm leaving therapy--should I wait?
No! It's really about what works for you! Many therapists are still in their roles while they figure out their next step. We believe in the "Soft Pivot", making changes from a place of safety and regulation, rather than blowing up your life in a panic. If you are too depleted to work anymore and your health is suffering I recommend an immediate break.
WHAT FORMAT IS THE INSTRUCTION PROVIDED IN?
We'll meet weekly on Fridays @ 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST. Here's the full schedule. It's 4 months of support with integration weeks. We meet roughly 3 times per month over the course of the 4-month program. We designed the schedule to respect your time and energy, alternating between deep dives and shorter check-ins:
Integration Weeks (No Class): We have built-in "off weeks" (Feb 20, April 17, April 24) to give you space to rest and catch your breath.

I'm really tired, will this be more work?
This is designed specifically for burnt-out nervous systems. We are not adding a massive "to-do list" to your plate. The "work" we do is about releasing the weight you are carrying, not adding more to it. That is why we keep most calls to 60 minutes and include implementation/regulation weeks off.

Why I Am The One To Walk You Through This
I didn’t just learn this from a textbook…though there was that dissertation on Compassion Fatigue and becoming an EMDR Certified Consultant?! So I do know the science inside and out.
But the credentials didn't save me.
In 2021, despite all my training, I sat in my own therapy session and cried the bitterest tears of my life.
I looked at my therapist and said, "I don’t think I can be a therapist anymore."
